Roma Lodge

The lodge is situated at the end of a road with no through traffic in a quiet neighbourhood. The expansive gardens make for peaceful surroundings and a tranquil environment to relax in or conduct business.

The gardens contain a variety of mature trees and plants including poinciana, mango, guava, jacaranda, bougainvillea, frangipani, flamboyant, and wild fig, creating shade and beauty.

Accommodation

Roma Lodge has a range of accommodation options ranging from twin singles to a family room. We have 15 rooms in total plus 2 fully equipped apartments. Conferences & business meetings

The Roma Lodge Conference Hall can seat up to 50 people. The hall is suitable for conferences, seminars, large meetings, training programmes, large formal dinners or lunches, wedding parties, and club meetings. We have rooms that are suitable for private business meetings and smaller breakaway groups from the conference hall. For more information about conference and business facilities click here

Dining & bar

Snacks, sandwiches, and light meals and are available for lunch and dinner. Our staff can prepare drinks, snacks, or light meals for delegates and visitors using the conference hall or meeting rooms. Full scale catering for functions can be discussed.

The Garden Bar is a thatched open bar with a terrace adjacent to the pool and surrounded by established gardens. The bar has satellite TV and large screen for watching sport and serves Zambian and South African beers, spirits, espresso coffee, tea, and soft drinks. Braai

A braai for up to 20 people can be arranged with advance notice and some discussion about your preferred menu.

Catering & functions

The gardens at Roma Lodge offer great spaces for the installation of marquees and the arrangement of outdoor events. please contact us to discuss your event or function.

Facilities

For guests and conference and business visitors A4 printing & scanning can be arranged. MTN & Airtel 'talk time' scratch cards can be purchased and room and maid services can be requested. A digital projector is also available.

Roma Lodge offers a Lusaka Airport shuttle service for up to 6 people with luggage at US$30 / ZMK150,000 per trip (one way). If you or your delegates / guests requires pick up from an incoming flight to Lusaka please contact us to arrange this.

Roma Lodge has private & secure guest / visitor parking for up to 40 vehicles and a swimming pool adjacent to the garden bar.

An airport shuttle service for up to 6 people with luggage at US$30 / ZMK150,000 per trip (one way). If you need transfer from an incoming flight to Lusaka please email us to book before you fly giving us your your flight number and arrival time.
